Day 1. Arrive Windhoek, Namibia Welcome to Windhoek, Namibia’s capital. Transfer to your hotel for a relaxing evening. The Weinberg Hotel 1

Day 2. Windhoek / NamibRand Nature Reserve After breakfast, transfer to your scheduled light aircraft flight to Sossusvlei area. The striking NamibRand Nature Reserve with its rolling desert plains and iconic red dunes offers an escape from the modern world and a chance to reconnect with the wild. (BLD) Kwessi Dunes 2

Day 3. NamibRand Nature Reserve Perhaps rise early for a sunrise float over the Namib Desert in a hot air balloon (additional cost). On today’s game drive keep a lookout for springbok and oryx and rarer creatures like aardwolf. Bird lovers will be excited to spot the dune lark, the only true endemic bird restricted to the Namib Desert dune system. Tonight watch the celestial show from the comfort of your ‘stargazer’ room. Day 4. NamibRand Nature Reserve / Kaokoland This morning, hop back on the plane for a scenic flight over the famous Eduard Bohlen shipwreck, Conception Bay and Sandwich Harbour, before touching down in Swakopmund for lunch. Continue over the dramatic Skeleton Coast and then inland to the beautiful interior of the country. Remnants of shipwrecks are still visible from the air, a stark reminder of nature’s power. Day 5. Kaokoland The area is a mix of towering mountains and huge expanses of desert, scattered with unique wildlife and nomadic Himba settlements. Spend a fascinating morning or afternoon with the local Himba people, one of the last true nomadic tribes of Africa. Game drive through the sandy terrain in search of desert-adapted giraffe, elephant, lion and rhino. Learn about the giraffe research conducted in the area by the Giraffe Conservation Foundation. Later this evening, retire to your private patio, cocktail in hand, and marvel at the magnitude of your surroundings. (BLD) Hoanib Valley Camp 5

Day 6. Kaokoland / Skeleton Coast Get ready to enjoy the best transfer drive on the continent! You’ll pass incredible rock formations and desert-elephant digging for water, before arriving at the crashing waves and rolling dunes of the Skeleton Coast. (BLD) Shipwreck Lodge 6

Day 7. Skeleton Coast Wake to the ocean fog sweeping over the stark landscape, and embrace the opportunity to explore this raw, rugged slice of African wilderness. Embark on 4×4 drives along the Hoarusib River, where you might spot some of the area’s unique wildlife. Visit the Möwe Bay Seal Colony, go quad biking and sandboarding across the dunes, wander through lunar-like landscapes, or simply relax and take in the stunning views. (BLD) Shipwreck Lodge 7

Day 8. Skeleton Coast / Möwe Bay / Etosha National Park Take a scenic road transfer to Möwe Bay for your flight to Etosha, arriving at Etosha Heights Private Reserve just in time for lunch. In the afternoon, embark on a game drive in this exclusive reserve, which shares an unfenced border with Etosha National Park, allowing wildlife to roam freely. Renowned for its conservation initiatives, Etosha Heights is one of the best places to see white and black rhinos, protected 24/7 by dedicated anti-poaching teams. (BLD) Safarihoek Lodge 8

Day 9. Etosha National Park Enjoy a morning game drive in Etosha Heights Private Reserve, then return to the lodge for lunch and a siesta. Relax on your private deck, take a dip in the pool with sweeping savannah views, or unwind in the two-story photographic hide.
