Day 1 - Depart for Ohio and Live Holiday Show
Depart the Chicagoland area today for Ohio. Stop in the Indianapolis area for an included lunch before continuing to Dayton. Tonight, enjoy the Manager’s Reception at the hotel including food and beverages. Meal: L
Day 2 - National Museum of the U.S. Air Force and the Vigor Band Show:
Begin the day at the National Museum of the U.S. Air Force. Located at the Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, it is the world’s largest military aviation museum. Explore the over 350 aerospace vehicles and missiles, and thousands of artifacts found over 19 acres of indoor exhibit space. In Cambridge, dinner is at the Pritchard Laughlin Civic Center followed by live entertainment with Vigor, a duo featuring Tammy Powell and Lanny White. Afterward, watch the Cambridge Courthouse come alive as thousands of lights in sync with holiday music create a sight to behold. Meals: B, D
Day 3 - Warther Museum Christmas Tree Festival and Denny Diamond Show
Begin the day in Cambridge with a “Make and Take” experience to create your own small bottle of essential oil which can include Myrrh-Cedar Wood and Citrus. Then, stop at The Warther Museum for a look at their fabulous display of hand-carved trees, wreaths and other holiday decorations. Visit the home decorated in 1920’s holiday style and the fun Christmas Tree Festival featuring over 100 decorated trees. After an included lunch, visit the Walnut Creek Flea Market to do a little holiday shopping from the over 100 booths all under one roof. Tonight, dinner is served Amish-style featuring a home-made meals in the Milano Ballroom at the quaint Inn at Amish Door, rich in country charm. Later, be entertained by Amish Singers. Then, enjoy the Dazzling Denny Diamond Variety Show, an engaging one-man performance featuring the music of Elvis and Tom Jones with stories that inspired the songs. Meals: B, L, D
Day 4 - Amish Touring, Victorian Mansion and Amish Country Theatre
This morning a local guide joins in for a tour of the area. At the Behalt-Amish & Mennonite Information Center see the fabulous circular mural and view the film on the lifestyle of the local people. At the Hershberger Bakery and Farmers Market visit the largest Amish bakery with a full line of baked goods and local grown seasonal produce. You can shop in the farm store with locally made products. Walnut Creek Cheese is a large bulk food store with spices, cheeses, ice cream and especially fresh cinnamon rolls. Here, enjoy your included box lunch and ice cream. In Millersburg, visit the Queen Anne-style Victorian mansion. Tour the 28-room home and see the Art Glass Museum. At Troyer’s Sweet Shoppe, shop for tasty treats of chocolate nut clusters, truffles and fudge. Tonight, enjoy dinner at Der Dutchman Restaurant for their hearty buffet followed by reserved seats at the Amish Country Theatre for their Christmas in the Country show featuring live music, hilarious comedy skits and plenty of holiday hits. Day 5 - Castle Noel
This morning a stop is made at Castle Noel, “America’s Largest Christmas Entertainment Attraction.” See the world’s largest privately-owned collection of Hollywood movie props and costumes and walk through New York Christmas Windowland which features window displays from Saks Fifth Avenue, Bloomingdales and more before traveling home.
