About The Port Of North Seymour
North Seymour is a small, low-lying island north of Baltra in the Galápagos archipelago, formed by uplifted seabed rather than volcanic activity. Its dry vegetation and open landscape make it one of the easiest places in the islands to observe wildlife at close range, including nesting colonies of frigatebirds, whose males inflate distinctive red throat pouches during courtship, along with blue-footed boobies and land iguanas.
